I'm a wellness advocate passionate about mental health and personal growth. My specialty areas are Breathwork, Meditation and Life Coaching. These powerful modalities support in finding inner strength, reducing stress and anxiety, finding purpose and direction, and calming the mind and nervous system to experience a more balanced, and fulfilled existence.
Going through a series of challenging life events has given me a unique perspective on how to handle change and on the incredible strength of human resilience. My journey began as a personal quest to cope and find balance when my mother passed away. This path led me to discover the transformative power of mindfulness and wellness practices.
The practices I offer can fit into daily life, helping to cultivate peace and focus when it’s needed most.
